A tragic even recently took place within the blogging community. Jennie from Edspire lost her beautiful 9 month old daughter Matilda Mae to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).
Sudden infant death syndrome also known as cot death is the sudden death of an apparently healthy baby. In the UK at least 300 babies die suddenly and unexpectedly every year.
The Matilda Mae auction is being held to help raise funds for The Lullaby Trust which aims to prevent unexpected deaths in infancy and promote infant health. The auction is taking place on eBay between 11th - 20th of May 2013.
Please get involved in any way you can whether it be spreading the word, donating or walking a mile for Matilda Mae any way you can help is appreciated.
